Warranty
Towards the customer, the seller who
delivered the device is the responsible contractual partner. For this
device the seller gives a warranty of 24 months (starting with the date
of purchase) concerning defects of material and production. Claims
exeeding the cost-free replacement of this product should it become
defective, are not covered by this warranty.
Claims for damages and compensation for
consequential losses are excluded. Precondition for a warranty claim
against the seller is the submission of the receipt (invoice or sales
slip) and of this warranty.
Even qualified warranty claims do not lead
to an extension of the warranty time. Not covered by the warranty are
damages, caused by unprofessional handling, external impact (accident,
strike, etc.), or force majeure (acts of nature beyond control).
